About the Role:
The School Administrator will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of a London school. This role includes managing examination processes and supporting students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage school administration tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Support examination services, including managing invigilators and the entry process.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all school matters.
- Collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, and school staff.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Use ICT effectively to support learning.
- Maintain accurate records and data.
- Adhere to GDPR policies and procedures.
- Work cooperatively with the staff of the Local Education Authority and relevant agencies.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience working in a school or similar environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Schools MIS systems (e.g., Bromcom).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with children of relevant age in a learning environment.
- Proficiency in using ICT for administrative tasks.
- Understanding of GDPR processes and procedures.
