About the Role:
Our client school in Runcorn seeks a highly competent Administration Officer to provide consistent and positive support to staff and students. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming and efficient school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students professionally.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it’s welcoming and well-maintained.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling).
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff and administration.
- Assist with the organisation of school events and activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the school leadership team.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in a front of house or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a positive attitude.
