About the Role:
Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant seeking to make a real difference in the education of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for a committed and flexible individual to join our team in a SEN school based in Northampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupil engagement with the curriculum, focusing on behaviour management.
- Follow school-wide policies and individual Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- Ability to manage disruptions and support pupils with a variety of SEN, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties (SEMH).
- Familiarity with school policies and schemes.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 83.85+ per day through PAYE, paid weekly (no umbrella company or agency fees).
- Full-time role (Monday-Friday), paid on a timesheet basis through Teaching Personnel until the end of the academic year.
