About the Role:
Join Haven’s energetic cleaning team as a Senior Cleaner in idyllic Somerset. Provide leadership and coaching to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our guest accommodations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach cleaning team members to deliver impeccable standards.
- Conduct quality checks of guest units, offering feedback and support.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are used effectively and stored safely.
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment, adhering to company policies.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Experience as a Senior Cleaner or Head Housekeeper (valuable, but not essential).
- Flexibility to work bank holidays and school holidays.
