About the Role:

All Souls C of E Primary School seeks a highly motivated Senior Administrator to enhance our school’s administration team. This critical role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of the school office and supporting the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain school office systems, procedures, and processes.
  • Provide professional and efficient customer service to pupils, staff, parents, and visitors.
  • Organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize initiative and flexibility to respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the school office including all aspects of office administration.
  • Develop, implement and improve administrative procedures.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Minimum 2 years’ proven administrative experience.
  • Passionate about supporting children and the community.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, telephone) skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced IT skills.
  • Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Bromcom (Management Information System) is advantageous.

Job Facilities/Benefits:

  • Permanent position (Term Time Only).
  • Salary: 21,797 per annum (FTE 25,117.00).
  • 37 hours per week (8:00am-4:00pm Monday Thursday 8:00am-3.30pm Friday).
