About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise care assistants during shifts.
- Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Administer and record medication, following all relevant protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure resident safety.
- Support residents with daily needs, maintaining their independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and improve care services.
- Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional environment for residents.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
- Excellent organizational skills and IT proficiency.
- Understanding of care planning processes.
- Experience in administering medication (or willingness to train).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
