Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise care assistants during shifts.
- Manage resident cases, liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to create and implement care plans.
- Administer and accurately record medications.
- Conduct risk assessments for resident safety.
- Support residents with daily needs, fostering their independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop care services.
- Maintain a professional and inclusive approach in all interactions.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- IT proficiency.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
- Strong understanding of care planning processes.
- Experience with medication administration (or willingness to train).
- Natural ability to make a positive impact on others’ lives.
