About the Role:
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll provide quality, person-centred care and support to residents. Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
