- Lead and supervise care assistants.

- Administer and record medication accurately.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments.

- Collaborate with leadership to develop care services.
- Maintain a professional and inclusive approach to care.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Proficient in care planning processes.
- Experience or willingness to train in medication administration.
- IT literacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
