Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising shift teams.

- Administering and recording medication.
- Conducting risk assessments.

- Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional care experience.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in IT applications.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
- Understanding of care planning processes.
- Experience with medication administration (or willingness to train).
- Empathy and a commitment to resident well-being.
