About the Role:
As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you’ll provide person-centred care and support to residents, supervising a team of Care Assistants and assisting the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Look after resident needs to ensure quality care.
- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants.
- Support the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans, and reviews.
- Respect resident dignity and preferences.
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
- Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
