Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with medication administration and monitoring.
- Monitor and report on resident’s health and well-being.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Document care provided accurately and thoroughly.
- Communicate with residents and their families regarding progress and any concerns.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in providing care to vulnerable individuals.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations relating to care provision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- First aid and basic life support certification (desirable).
- Experience with elderly care, dementia care, or other specialist care (desirable).
