About the Role:
We are recruiting a highly motivated Senior Early Years Practitioner/Room leader for a successful childcare setting in Greater Manchester. This role leads a small team and provides excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of childcare professionals.
- Provide high-quality childcare and education to children.
- Plan and implement activities aligned with EYFS.
- Complete observations and assessments.
- Maintain effective communication with children, parents, and external agencies.
- Maintain high standards of administration.
Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a nursery setting with some senior experience.
- Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification or relevant degree.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about childcare.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and external authorities.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
