About the Role:
This exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager arises within a growing private healthcare company in Central London. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a finance team and play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, while contributing to the business’s commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a finance team to deliver timely and accurate month-end results.
- Take on a commercial finance role, focusing on financial planning activities (FP&A).
- Develop and execute financial models, including financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Perform data analysis to identify key trends and insights.
- Develop and present insightful financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the finance team.
- Deputize for the Head of Finance as required.
Skills and Expertise:
- ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in growing companies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial modelling tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Ability to lead and mentor a finance team
