About the Role:
A Senior Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader is sought for a high-quality early years setting in Chester. This permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) role offers excellent career progression within a well-regarded nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children.
- Leading a small team of practitioners.
- Leading on planning and curriculum development.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS, FBV, and safeguarding.
- Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience in managing a small team of nursery nurses.
- Proven leadership skills.
