About the Role:

This senior People Partner role will play a critical role in supporting the people strategy of the organization. Key responsibilities include talent management, employee relations, and providing a positive and engaging employee experience for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers on employee relations and performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR practices.
  • Administer and oversee benefits, compensation, and other people-related policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees facing challenges or concerns.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience in a people partner role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the UK.
  • Proficient in HR systems and tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment a plus.
