About the Role:
A highly-regarded main contractor in the water industry seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Worcester. This role will oversee cost and value reporting, ensuring accurate cash flow and project commercial success for complex projects in the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure robust, accurate, and timely cost and value reporting.
- Guarantee accurate cash flow reporting.
- Undertake cost management, including forecasting.
- Update monthly CVR, cost, and commercial plans.
- Facilitate effective communication between commercial and operational site teams.
- Maintain positive client relationships.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in the civil engineering industry, preferably within the water sector.
- Working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contract forms.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
