About the Role:
Support vital advocacy and children’s rights services for young people in custody across England and Wales as a dedicated Service Administrator. Your role is key to ensuring vulnerable children have their voices heard and receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with onsite teams for timely responses to children’s requests.
- Support colleagues remotely with professionalism, patience, and care.
- Produce and analyze data for strict reporting deadlines and presentations at commissioner meetings.
- Answer helpline requests, providing support and connecting children with local advocates.
