About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to provide essential support to advocacy and children’s rights services for young people in custody across England and Wales. This role is hybrid, with occasional travel to the Leeds office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure timely responses to children’s requests for help.
- Support colleagues remotely with professionalism, patience, and care.
- Produce and analyze data to meet strict reporting deadlines and actively present findings during commissioner meetings.
- Answer helpline requests, supporting children in custody by listening to their needs, connecting them with local advocates.
Skills and Expertise:
- Patient and compassionate approach, handling sensitive situations with care.
- Highly organized, comfortable managing deadlines and detailed data reporting.
- Strong communication skills, connecting with people remotely.
- Data-savvy, confident in analyzing and presenting information.
- Experience with relevant child safeguarding or youth work desirable.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Salary: 24,270 – 26,220
