About the Role:
Sanctuary Group is seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery Manager to join our Day-to-Day Operations team in East London. This crucial role involves overseeing repairs, installations, and managing the team to ensure efficient service delivery across multiple sites and is vital to meeting customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee repairs and refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Inspect completed works for cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Maintain health and safety compliance.
- Handle customer complaints and service breakdowns.
- Coordinate and prioritize team workload efficiently.
- Conduct first-time repairs.
- Respond to emergencies promptly.
- Cover out-of-hours rota (1 in 4-6 weeks).
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in a core trade subject or equivalent practical experience.
- ILM membership (The Institute of Leadership).
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- Electrical qualification (advantageous).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid UK driving license.
