About the Role:
Caff Nero seeks a passionate Shift Leader to lead and motivate teams, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of coffee and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage store operations during assigned shifts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure adherence to all Caff Nero standards.
- Support staff training and development.
- Manage inventory and stock levels.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Knowledge of coffee and food service standards.
