Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate shop staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory management.

- Ensure a clean and safe working environment for both customers and staff, following all health and safety regulations.
- Promote sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities.

- Proven experience as a Supervisor in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
