About the Role:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, owners, and team members at Haven Holiday Park in Burnham-on-Sea. Respond promptly to security incidents and ensure authorized access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the holiday park for safety and security.
- Manage park access, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted.
- Respond to security incidents (medical emergencies, alarms, guest concerns).
- Maintain accurate incident records and reports.
- Provide friendly guest assistance and information.
- Collaborate with other team members and park functions.
Skills and Expertise:
- Valid SIA license.
- Experience in security, preferably hospitality or leisure.
- Strong communication and professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and observation skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts (nights, weekends, bank holidays).
- Commitment to excellent service.
