About the Role:
Our client, a large contractor, seeks a highly experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee the fit-out of an office block on a major civils project in Northwich. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project’s smooth execution and adhering to the highest standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Health & Safety and Risk Assessment Management System (RAMS) on site.
- Liaising with the main contractor.
- Attending daily coordination meetings.
- Supervising subcontractors.
- Tightly managing the project programme.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong organisation and project planning skills.
- Proven experience on large construction projects.
- Extensive experience in fit-out projects (CAT B experience preferred).
- CSCS, SMSTS certification, and UK-based experience required.
