About the Role:
Approach Personnel are seeking a highly motivated Site Manager to join a growing Maintenance Contractor. This long-term internal contract offers an excellent opportunity to oversee projects in the Nottingham area, ensuring timely and high-quality completion within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and managing client expectations.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
- Managing and overseeing all Health & Safety aspects of projects.
- Collaborating closely with Quantity Surveyors.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
- Thorough understanding of responsive repairs, voids, planned works, and project works in social housing, local authority, or similar environments.
- Relevant qualifications in building or refurbishment.
- Strong experience within the construction industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
