About the Role:
A large, successful maintenance contractor seeks a dedicated Site Manager for a long-term internal contract in the Nottingham area. This role involves overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budgets within the social housing and local authority sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting clients and managing their expectations.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
- Managing and implementing all aspects of Health & Safety.
- Collaborating closely with Quantity Surveyors.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
- Thorough understanding of responsive repairs, voids, planned works, and project works within social housing, local authority, or similar sectors.
- Relevant building or refurbishment qualifications or demonstrable experience.
- Solid experience within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
