- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, project schedules, and health and safety documentation.
- Utilize IT tools, including proficiency with Excel and project management software, to ensure efficient site operations.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and safety on site.
Skills and Expertise:
- Trade background and several years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects within budget and on time.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for client, architect, and project team interaction.
- Strong IT and Excel proficiency.
- Self-motivated, proactive approach with the ability to lead when needed.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
