About the Role:
Join our team as a Spray Cell Operative and play a key role in crafting premium ceramic sinks. You’ll work with precision and attention to detail to apply engobe undercoats or glaze finishes, ensuring the highest quality standards before they move to the kilns. From preparation to finishing, you’ll be a vital part of our production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meticulously inspect sinks before spraying, ensuring they meet exacting standards.
- Apply undercoat or glaze with precision, delivering flawless finishes.
- Maintain equipment, return barrels, and ensure a clean workspace.
- Adhere to safety policies and wear the correct PPE.
- Follow SOP standards, meet production targets, and communicate material defects or equipment issues.
- Contribute to housekeeping and collaborate with other departments.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous spraying experience (e.g., car spraying) is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills.
