About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Station Support Team Member to maintain our station archive, including documents, drawings, photographs, and portable media. This vital role is crucial for adhering to our Site License conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the Station Archive (documents, drawings, photos, media).
- Preparing and maintaining an electronic log of the archive.
- Scanning records.
- Linking records to the Station Record Schedule.
- Communicating with the wider station to ascertain record requirements.
- Organising records in the archive.
- Retrieving records from on and off-site storage.
- Carrying out general admin duties as directed by the Station Support Team Leader.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with colleagues and regulatory bodies.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of company systems (AMS & scanning software).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and a proactive approach.
