About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Store Assistant in Elgin to join our team. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage daily store tasks, and offers the potential for growth within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, helping customers find products and address their needs.
- Handle deliveries, unpack and stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Prepare orders efficiently and accurately.
- Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, offering competitive deals and maximizing sales opportunities.
