About the Role:
Become a key leader at Toolstation Glenrothes, managing a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. This role involves hands-on store operations, team management, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the branch team, ensuring excellent customer experience and sales targets are met.
- Check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, and stock shelves.
- Maintain branch standards and product availability.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to foster engagement and success.
- Support team development and succession planning.
- Ensure customer needs are met, providing complete solutions and support.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in leading high-performing retail teams.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service focus and proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and sales processes.
- Passion for continuous improvement and team development.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
