About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team in London. This role involves guiding the store’s commercial and community strategies and fostering a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Expertise:
- Experience guiding and developing a retail team.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for commercial decision making.
- Understanding of commercial data analysis.
