About the Role:
The Perfume Shop is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Store Manager to oversee the operational success of our store in London. This is a critical role requiring strong leadership and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve store targets for sales, service, and profitability.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and yearly store targets are met, coaching team members accordingly.
- Review store performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage store operations, adhering to security protocols and ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare and issue store rotas.
- Manage stock inventory to minimize loss.
- Coach and mentor staff, providing regular feedback, performance monitoring, and recognition of achievements.
- Recruit and select high-performing team members with passion for customer service.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Knowledge of KPI’s (sales, service, profit & loss).
- Expert in stock management and loss prevention.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Ability to coach and develop a retail team.
- Understanding of commercial aspects of retail operation.
