About the Role:
Lead and motivate a retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in our Leek store. This hands-on Store Manager role requires a proactive individual to manage daily operations, support team development, and contribute to branch success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences by providing exceptional service.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Unpack, stock and maintain store displays.
- Manage deliveries and resolve any associated issues.
- Coach and mentor team members to maximize their performance and engagement.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment through effective communication and feedback.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising throughout the store.
- Promote and support the development of the staff.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in a similar retail management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- High level of customer service and sales focus
- Knowledge of retail processes and procedures
- Proficient in managing stock levels and inventory control.
