About the Role:
This exciting Band 4 STR role in the Chorley Community Prevention and Engagement Team (CPET) within Mental Health Rehabilitation services supports the transformation of mental health services. The role will contribute to developing a robust pathway for people with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide community support in Mental Health Services.
- Promote recovery, life skills, and social inclusion.
- Focus on the direct needs of service users and/or carers.
- Work across all mental health pathways.
- Link with mental health services and key stakeholders.
Skills and Expertise:
- Specialist interest in rehabilitation.
- Experience in mental health services.
- Strong community engagement skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Understanding of mental health rehabilitation principles.
