About the Role:
Join our friendly team at Havens Caister Holiday Park supermarket, ensuring guests and owners have a memorable stay. This full-time, part-time, or seasonal role involves maintaining a well-stocked and organized retail store while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent guest experience, helping guests and team members find what they need.
- Keep the store well-stocked, organized, and clean, following stock rotation guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking deliveries and restocking shelves.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support promotional activities, including seasonal displays and in-store offers.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work shifts from early mornings to late evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Team player willing to support other team members.
