Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal and domiciliary care, facilitating service users’ independence and dignity, adhering to Everyday Living healthcare policies, procedures, and external legislation.
- Deliver a high standard of care while respecting individual needs.
- Promote the ongoing independence of service users.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in care work is advantageous, but full training and support will be provided.
- Compassionate and reliable individual.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Sensitivity to individual needs and ability to provide care with dignity and respect.
- Knowledge of relevant care policies and procedures (if applicable).
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 12 per hour salary.
- Mileage allowance of 35p per mile.
