About the Role:

Become a compassionate Support Worker at Thornfield House, Bradford, providing outstanding care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviours. This full-time (42 hours per week, 12-hour shifts) role involves working every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
  • Assist with and report on medical and welfare needs.
  • Safeguard and maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
