About the Role:
Enhance the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs in Gloucestershire. Support our service users to reach their full potential within a person-centred care approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, tailored support to individuals, based on care plans.
- Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Provide emotional support and facilitate social interaction and community engagement.
- Maintain a safe and well-maintained care environment.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience with supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism (desirable, but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
- Commitment to person-centred care principles.
- Understanding of care plans and relevant legislation (desirable).
