About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
- Medication administration (if required)
- Supporting with preparing and cooking meals
- Supporting with attending medical appointments
- Supporting with social activities
- Supporting with independent skills development
- Supporting with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
- Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans
- Staying current with training requirements
Skills and Expertise:
- Caring, fun, and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in social care (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to complete quality support records
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Ability to work between 7am and 10:30pm
- Proficiency in following Support Plans and Risk Assessments
- Literacy and numeracy in English
- Commitment to achieving the Care Certificate
