Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to adults with mental health needs.
- Develop and implement support plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions.
- Engage and interact with service users effectively.
- Collaborate with the care team and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a calm and supportive demeanor under pressure.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in a caring environment, specializing in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Autism.
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure.
- Confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for making a positive difference in someone’s life.
- Good written communication skills.
