About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals with personal care.
- Promoting independence in daily living activities.
- Encouraging participation in social activities and community engagement.
- Developing and implementing individual support plans.
- Working closely with a dynamic team to provide holistic support.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting.
Skills and Expertise:
- Passion for enhancing the quality of life for others.
- Genuine caring attitude and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in supporting individuals with varying needs (desirable).
- Understanding of relevant safeguarding procedures (desirable).
- Ability to work flexible shifts (7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, 9pm-7am).
