Voyage Care is seeking passionate and caring Support Workers to enhance the lives of individuals in our Neasden residential service. Your role involves providing support, fostering independence, and enriching the daily lives of those we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
- Supporting individuals to develop life skills and achieve personal goals.
- Encouraging participation in community activities and social events.
- Working as part of a dynamic team to provide comprehensive support.
- Documenting and reporting on individual progress and needs.
Skills and Expertise:
- Caring and compassionate attitude.
- Experience working with individuals with diverse needs (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
