About the Role:
Komplex Community seeks compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning disabilities. This role empowers individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, autism, and mental health conditions.
- Provide tailored care and support with daily activities.
- Promote independence and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under care.
Skills and Expertise:
- Compassion and dedication to supporting individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning disabilities.
- Flexible, reliable, and patient approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle (Essential).
- Willingness to work in Wolverhampton & Staffordshire
