About the Role:
Lead a dedicated team in ensuring a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for guests at our Cornwall holiday park. Your responsibilities will focus on delivering high-quality service while maintaining compliance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members, assigning tasks, motivating, and ensuring excellent service.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and facilities.
- Provide prompt and professional guest service, handling complaints and requests.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team duties and assume shift leadership responsibilities as assigned.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience as a Senior Lifeguard, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a leisure setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, commitment to thorough safety checks, and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Ability to maintain focus and act decisively in emergency situations.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, customer-focused service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) (preferred).
- Swimming Pool Technical Operator Qualification (SPTO) (preferred).
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification Training Assessor (NPLQ TA) (preferred).
