About the Role:
Infly Management Ltd, a leading influencer marketing agency, seeks a dynamic Talent Manager Intern to identify, recruit, and manage influencers, fostering strong relationships for impactful brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit influencers and brands across niches (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, travel).
- Develop and maintain strong influencer relationships, understanding their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and manage onboarding for new talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to match influencers with campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback for optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging influencers.
- Act as liaison between influencers and brands, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
- Manage talent contracts, payments, and legal agreements.
Skills and Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or similar role.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
