About the Role:
At The Perfume Shop, we’re looking for a passionate Team Leader to support the Store Manager and motivate a diverse team to meet key store targets. This role involves leading by example to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor staff to ensure success.
- Motivate the team to exceed store and team targets.
- Support the Store Manager with rosters, payroll, stock loss prevention, and store procedures.
- Assume store management responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.
- Ensure the store is opened and closed on time as a key holder.
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
Skills and Expertise:
- Talent for building relationships, coaching, and mentoring.
- Passion for teamwork and success.
- Desire to learn about perfumes and upskill.
- Flexibility with work patterns.
- Previous experience leading a team or as a sales advisor.
