About the Role:

Nightingale Nursing & Care Home, part of Jasmine Healthcare, seeks a passionate and experienced Team Leader to lead a dedicated team providing high-quality care to residents. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of elderly care recipients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
  • Provide personal care and support with daily activities.
  • Administer medication according to established procedures.
  • Promote resident choice, dignity, and independence.
  • Ensure accurate shift handovers and communication.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, NVQ Level 3).
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a residential/nursing home setting.
  • Understanding of Person-Centred Care Planning.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Satisfactory Care Character Assessment.
  • Understanding of vulnerable adult safeguarding procedures.
