About the Role:

Lead a team of senior staff and support workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support services in the Swinton area. Manage up to five supported tenancies and ensure compliance with service specifications and CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and supervise a team of staff.
  • Ensure caring and respectful personalised support is provided.
  • Manage accommodation and facilities effectively.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with individual support plans, service specifications, and CQC requirements.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and commissioners.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Demonstrable experience assessing needs and planning support.
  • Experience deploying and supervising staff.
  • Experience working effectively with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of learning disabilities, autism, and long-term health needs.
  • Relevant degree or vocational qualification (NVQ, H&SCD 3/4/5 or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
