About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our London-based product team. This role involves shaping our product suite, bridging client needs with technical delivery, and impacting the entire product lifecycle. You’ll be crucial in translating complex client requirements into clear product specifications and feature recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and create prototypes for product enhancements aligning with client needs and strategic vision.
- Transform client requirements into clear product specifications and feature recommendations.
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into product opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, testers, and support teams for successful solution delivery.
- Collect and analyze system data and client feedback for product improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and industry challenges.
- Contribute to and maintain product documentation, training materials, user guides, and release notes.
- Support the sales team with product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept demos.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven Business Analyst experience in delivery/implementation consulting, solution architecture, or technical analysis.
- Background in financial services (research, investment management, or fintech).
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, including client-facing roles.
- Agile development methodologies experience.
- Strong analytical skills for navigating complex data, establishing facts, and drawing clear conclusions.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach with excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong SQL and Excel proficiency.
- Ability to build consensus through mockups and prototypes, combining web design and data skills.
